I'm introducing a new weekly series on Chase the Flavors called 10 Recipe I Love. Each Wednesday I will share with you ten of my favorite recipes showcasing a particular ingredient. Occasionally I will share a recipe of my own in this series, but mostly it will be filled with my go-to recipes, collected from various chefs, food blogs, and culinary resources. These are the adored recipes that overflow my favorites pages and if printed out would be well worn and covered in questionable kitchen stains. I hope that they fill your kitchen with as much joy and satisfaction as they do mine. This series is inspired by cooking with the seasons and primarily feature ingredients that I find at the farmers market and in my CSA share each week through Urban Roots Farm. First up, carrots!
