Concerning art, the Giddy Goat crew views coffee as an empty canvas. Customers seeking iced vanilla lattes with oat milk and sugar, or a fast shot of espresso, are the artists who frequent the coffee shop daily.

During the roasting process, the Giddy Goat crew examines the beans for changes in color, aroma, and sound to determine the optimal roast.

Even though the roasting machinery in The Giddy Goat is completely manual, Clough has been able to connect a computer to collect data on the bean temperature and the temperature of the area surrounding the beans.
