Coffee that receives an 80 or above on a 100-point scale from a certified coffee taster (SCAA) or a qualified Q Grader is considered specialty coffee (CQI).
Coffees cultivated at the ideal altitude, during the ideal season, on the finest soil, and harvested at the ideal time are considered speciality coffees. All of this results in coffee that is among the most interesting and delicious in the world.

4. Cohesive Coffee
Everyone looks for a community to call home. Even here at Cohesive Coffee, it runs deep in our family tree. Their goal from the beginning was to create a social gathering spot in the form of a café in Greenville, South Carolina.
A welcoming environment where everyone is welcome. Where being kind is trendy and where each drink is a piece of art. They were searching for a home away from home, where the staff treats one other like family and not like clients.
Both regular coffee drinkers and occasional ones might find common ground at Cohesive Coffee. You may put as much or as little milk in your coffee as you want here; you won’t be judged.
Cohesive Coffee is situated in the Junction at Downtown Airport, about three miles from the heart of Greenville. Cohesive Coffee is a great place for meetings, get-togethers with friends, and other social events, thanks to its lively environment and high-quality coffee and tea.

5. Early Goat Coffee Co.
It became immediately apparent upon stumbling into the coffee sector that there were several avenues via which knowledge could be gained and methods by which the beverage’s enjoyment could be achieved.
A little bouncing about helped us zero in on the coffee-making process from start to finish. They started by taking orders and moving on to a roasting demo, which was a little depressing since roasting is an art form and lacked the patience to fully perfect it at the time.
In the quest to learn about coffee and its production, they joined forces with a coffee expert and earned a stake in the company. The light bulb came when the brand’s sales increased and earnings soared; they make exquisite coffees, and now also great service.
The Early Goat Coffee Co. brand was launched in March 2018 with the goals of supporting farmers, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the trade, and leaving a lasting impression during the production of this intriguing bean.
