The quality of the coffee they offer is guaranteed, and you can be certain to be happy with your purchase.
2. Unlocked Coffee Roasters
It was on International Coffee Day in 2018 when Andres Camargo and his wife Roco Salazar opened their coffee shop, Unlocked Coffee Roasters. Their coffee naturally incorporates the Colombian-South American coffee culture from whence they are from.
“Our mission is to provide consumers with an authentic experience of the growers and the land from where their coffee comes.” noted on their website. In addition to serving as a retail and wholesale coffee outlet, the roastery also operates a coffee shop dedicated to the production of speciality coffee.
Andres, the proprietor, is in charge of all aspects of the company, including roasting, coffee selection, and marketing. Roci is the co-owner and director of marketing.
The mission of Methodical is to improve people’s lives by fostering a culture of mutual appreciation and intellectual growth via the shared experience of great coffee.
On February 11, 2015, they launched their first facility in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, with just a few cents in the bank and a waiting list that wrapped around the block.
Additionally, they started roasting coffee in the summer of 2016. A great product, dedicated service, and satisfied customers are the cornerstones of every successful company, in their opinion.
They devote a lot of time and effort to improving those three key areas. Marco Suarez, David Baker (Head of Operations), and Will Shurtz (Head of Coffee) own and run Methodical Coffee (Head of Customer Experience).
4. Cohesive Coffee
Everyone looks for a community to call home. Even here at Cohesive Coffee, it runs deep in our family tree. Their goal from the beginning was to create a social gathering spot in the form of a café in Greenville, South Carolina.
A welcoming environment where everyone is welcome. Where being kind is trendy and where each drink is a piece of art. They were searching for a home away from home, where the staff treats one other like family and not like clients.
Both regular coffee drinkers and occasional ones might find common ground at Cohesive Coffee. You may put as much or as little milk in your coffee as you want here; you won’t be judged.
Cohesive Coffee is situated in the Junction at Downtown Airport, about three miles from the heart of Greenville. Cohesive Coffee is a great place for meetings, get-togethers with friends, and other social events, thanks to its lively environment and high-quality coffee and tea.
5. Early Goat Coffee Co.
It became immediately apparent upon stumbling into the coffee sector that there were several avenues via which knowledge could be gained and methods by which the beverage’s enjoyment could be achieved.
A little bouncing about helped us zero in on the coffee-making process from start to finish. They started by taking orders and moving on to a roasting demo, which was a little depressing since roasting is an art form and lacked the patience to fully perfect it at the time.
In the quest to learn about coffee and its production, they joined forces with a coffee expert and earned a stake in the company. The light bulb came when the brand’s sales increased and earnings soared; they make exquisite coffees, and now also great service.
The Early Goat Coffee Co. brand was launched in March 2018 with the goals of supporting farmers, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the trade, and leaving a lasting impression during the production of this intriguing bean.
6. Old Europe Desserts
Old Europe Pastries in Asheville was opened in 2016 by Bobby Daugherty and Melinda Vetro. Within three years, Daugherty quadrupled revenues after rapidly expanding products and services.

Downtown Greenville, South Carolina now has a location of Old Europe Desserts, which debuted in 2019 and serves freshly baked pastries, macarons, and locally roasted coffee. They want to add lunch service and a wine bar.
